Required Forms of I.D. for all notarized services in
California:
1. Ca. or any other state Driver License/ I.D. Card current or issued within the last five years
2. U. S Passport or Foreign Passport stamped by U. S. C. I. S.
3.Canadian or Mexican Driver License current or issued within the last 5 years.
4. U. S. Military I.D.
5. I. D. Card issued by U. S. C. I. S.is only acceptable when notarizing U. S. C. I. S. forms.
6. Inmate I. D. Card (valid for inmates in custody only).
7. Ca. State County issued Employee I. D. card must be current or issued within the last five years containing photo I. D. , signature, physical description and a serial number.
8. If no such form of I. D. described above is available, the signer could bring in two credible witnesses who can swear to the signer's identity. Each credible witness must have one form of I. D. described above.
